2004 recollection

Whoa! i thought the previous post was my last for November. but hey, something popped up within my recollection. T'was during this same season in 2004, as i was still working for SIBP, we were busy in taking photographs of the major waterfalls in 3 Samar Provinces that we have to feature in SIBP/SINP 2005 Calendar. Hmmm..

So whats the big deal then? hehe, wala lang, i just want to share the photos i took to those who were not able to see and got hold of the calendar.. hope you'll like these.

Bangon Falls of Calbayog City

Pinipisakan Falls in Las Navas, N. Samar (This is the only photo that i took while am fronting the lens. Camera on tripod and timed.)

Amandaraga Falls in Lawaan, E. Samar

The Sohoton Natural Bridge taken from the back.

Inside Panhulugan Cave. Mano Sedong touring Lilibeth Queen

before november ends..

Yahoo! got time to post again. I've been busy these past days in order to meet our deadlines. 2 weddings and a debut party edited in a week..? heheh. well, just tried much so as to come up for the best! Here are the photographs of Princess Jo in her debut celebration. (My last hirit post for this month.)

Post Processing

Yo! just want to post and show how powerful Photoshop can enhance a "non-acceptable" picture. look at the picture below and see the transformation from the original picture into different enhanced and toned photos.

By the way, my model here is one of Alvin's angels that keep on asking me to take her a photograph everytime i visit Alvin's place. So pinagbigyan, i borrowed her boss' EOS350D kit camera, let her pose beside a steel cabinet where there is ray of light coming from outside. My next concern then was the light wasn't enough, so i pumped the ISO to 1600, shutter 1/6, click! the photo was too noisy and lots of RGB artifacts can be seen..

Guest (Signature) Book Sample

This is for our clients outside Samar and Leyte who are asking how the guestbook looks like. As i always describe it, its like a book of couple's pictures, with minimal text to give more space for guests to write on their wishes and signatures. this was conceptualized as alternative to the typical signature frame. The "book" has no cuts in mid section and covered with dust jacket. It can be in 30, 40 & 60 pages, variable sizes in 8"x8" or 8x10, 10x10 and 11x14, depending on the client's preference. Below are the layouts i prepared for Steph & Stephen.

O' Catbalogan Photographs

i just finished doing my photos for display in book launching, and i think it would be fair with you guys if i'll post those para kumita man an iba nga katbaloganon dida sa langyaw. heheh.. My concept in presenting the photos is Catbalogan in light, dark & color. So... by the way, these are just selected ones due to the limitation in size & number of uploading pictures per post.
